Upcoming Project

We’re excited to share Project Zeta, a double-storey custom home coming soon to St Agnes. Named after the star Zeta for its strong and steady presence, this build has been designed to offer something a little different — with the living, dining, and kitchen upstairs, and the bedrooms tucked away downstairs for privacy and quiet.

It’s the kind of layout that makes the most of the elevated position, bringing in plenty of natural light and giving the main living areas beautiful views and a sense of openness. Downstairs, the bedrooms are designed to feel calm and comfortable, creating the perfect balance between shared space and personal space.

We’ve also focused on energy efficiency, with solar provisions, great insulation, and sustainable materials to make the home both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Construction is planned to begin in May 2025. We’ll be sharing updates as the build progresses, and we’re really looking forward to bringing Project Zeta to life — a home that blends smart design with everyday comfort.
